Downloading & Accessing Your Files

How do I access my digital purchase after buying?

After completing your purchase, your digital download will be delivered instantly. You'll receive an email containing your download link, and you can also access your purchased files anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you purchased an editable Canva invitation template, your Canva access link will be included inside the downloadable PDF file.

How do I edit my Canva template?

Editing your Canva template is simple and beginner friendly. Click the Canva template link included with your purchase, sign into your Canva account (a free Canva account works perfectly), and select "Use Template" to create your editable copy. From there, you can customize invitation wording, names, event dates, colors, fonts, and design details to match your celebration. Once complete, download your finished invitation as a PDF, PNG, or JPG.

Do I need a paid Canva account?

No. Our editable Canva templates are designed to work with Canva's free account unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Canva Pro is not required for most digital invitation templates.

I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first, as automated delivery emails can occasionally be filtered there. If you still can't locate your digital download, please reach out through our Contact page, and we'll be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

Printing Your Invitation or Printable Design

What file formats can I download?

After customizing your design in Canva, you can download your finished file in several formats including PDF (best for professional printing), PNG (high-quality digital images), and JPG (easy sharing online). For printable invitations, we strongly recommend PDF for the best print quality.

What size are your invitation templates?

Most editable invitation templates are designed in the standard 5x7 inch invitation format, making them easy to print at home or through a professional print service. Larger designs such as welcome signs, posters, and event signage will have their dimensions clearly listed in the product description.

Where can I print my design?

You can print your personalized invitation or printable design from the comfort of your home, through local print shops, or with popular online printing services. Common options include Walgreens, Staples, FedEx Office, Canva Print, and other professional printing providers.

Will printed colors match the screen preview?

Color appearance can vary slightly depending on monitor settings, printer calibration, paper type, and printing method. For the most accurate results, we recommend printing a sample copy before placing a large order.

Editing & Customization Questions

Can I change fonts, colors, and wording?

Yes! Most of our Canva templates are fully customizable, allowing you to edit text, colors, fonts, and many design elements to fit your event theme or personal style. Some decorative graphics may be flattened and not individually editable; this will always be mentioned in the product listing.

Can I use one template for multiple events?

Each digital download purchase includes a personal-use license for a single event or project unless otherwise specified. If you need extended use or commercial licensing, please contact us for additional permissions.

Can you customize the template for me?

At this time, our products are self-edit digital templates designed for easy DIY customization. However, if you run into issues or need guidance, we're always happy to help where possible.

Orders, Refunds & Usage Policy

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all digital download sales are final. However, customer satisfaction matters to us, and if you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly. I made a mistake while editing. Can I start over?

Yes! Your Canva template access link does not expire, allowing you to return and make edits whenever needed. You can create a fresh version of your invitation at any time.

Can I share or resell my purchase?

No. All digital invitation templates, printable downloads, SVG files, and design resources are for personal use only unless commercial rights are specifically included. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or transferring purchased files is prohibited.

Print-on-Demand Products

What is print on demand?

Print on demand means your item is printed and produced only after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Each shirt is made specifically for you, which allows us to offer a wide range of designs, colors, and sizes without holding inventory.

Are print-on-demand shirts physical products?

Yes — 100%. Our print-on-demand shirts are physical products shipped directly to your door. You are purchasing a real, wearable garment — not a digital file or download.

Who fulfills my print-on-demand order?

Our print-on-demand apparel is fulfilled through Printify, a trusted global print fulfillment network. Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to a Printify production partner for printing and shipping.

What print method is used on the shirts?

Our shirts use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and/or DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, depending on the design. These methods produce vibrant, detailed prints that hold up well through regular washing when cared for properly.

How long does shipping take for print-on-demand items?

Because each item is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production plus standard shipping time. Total delivery typically ranges from 7–14 business days for US orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Will the colors look exactly like the product mockup?

Mockup images are a close representation of the final product, but slight color variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings, fabric type, and the printing process. Colors on darker garments may appear slightly different than on lighter ones.

Can I return or exchange a print-on-demand item?

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons.
